From what I've investigated so far (9/29/2017) it is not possible with Apple Music. However possibly some others like Spotify or Deezer can provide this. Apple, why is this not available - it's almost 2018!!! We've known how to crossfade songs for long enough for "the most advances smartphone" to be able to implement this.
